No merchandise is to be returned without our written permission. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned merchandise. A 15% handling charge will be made on all returned items. It is understood and agreed that the above described material is sold and delivered material with the condition the title thereto remains with U.S. Foundry & Manaufacturing Corporation, Miami, Florida, until the entire purchase price as stated above has been paid in full. A service charge of 1 ½% per month, 18% per year will be assessed on all past due accounts. In the event it becomes necessary to institute action for collection of this amount, or any unpaid balance, the buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fee.
